About Us

Dreamers Institute Innovation Lab (DIIL) is a global non-profit organization co-founded by Roya Mahboob (recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People) and Insy, the visionary inventor, filmmaker, and artist. We are dedicated to igniting a new global consciousness through innovative education, empowering children and young people to achieve their dreams.

Our core mission is to revolutionize human thought, fostering universal awareness and inspiring collective action against climate change and our individual impact on the planet. We achieve this through a unique STEAMSS framework (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics, Sport, and Spirituality), championing multidisciplinary projects and high-impact philanthropic events. We support global artists, cultivate cutting-edge technologies like AI, Big Data, and robotics, and promote sustainable, alternative energy solutions.

We earnestly seek collaborative philanthropy from governments, corporations, and civil society. Our shared goal is nothing less than saving our planet from our own hands and averting self-destruction. DIIL is a registered international non-profit, authorized to raise funds, with headquarters in New York and a permanent office in Ciudad del Conocimiento, Mexico. We orchestrate influential public events, spearheaded by artists, thought leaders, celebrities, and social entrepreneurs.

Our Esteemed Founders:

  • Roya Mahboob: Co-founder & Vice President. A prominent Afghan entrepreneur and TIME 100 honoree, Roya courageously pioneered digital literacy for women in Afghanistan. Her journey, marked by innovation and resilience, continues to empower young minds globally as a co-founder of Afghanistan's robotics team and DIIL.

  • Insy: Founder & President. A multifaceted inventor, filmmaker, and artist, Insy's creations include the first virus/germ purifier (also an anti-COVID protection). His leadership at DIIL is dedicated to funding transformative philanthropic events that champion environmental causes and universal respect.
